Translating research findings into strategic narratives
Bridging Gaps and Driving Results: A Decade of Insightful Research
Over the past 10 years, I have worked on various research projects ranging from conducting observational studies and user interviews for the Green Campus Co-ops to conducting quantitative surveys and creating economic data models for the World Bank. I've applied my research and critical analytical skills to map customer journeys and develop branding strategies for an e-commerce startup and a major department store’s footwear department. Beyond purely research-oriented projects, my training in behavioral economics, combined with strong interpersonal skills, has enabled me to bridge communication gaps between businesses and their clients, directly contributing to over a million dollars in revenue.
Below you’ll find my research approach and methods followed by few of my favorite research projects showcasing my research, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
I am trained in qualitative methods, quantitative survey methods, and UX research methodologies. I translate research findings into strategic narratives and ensure every step of the implementation aligns with the project goals, stakeholders' needs, budget, and timeline, while encouraging client engagement and participation throughout the process.
